摘 要:以伊新煤业2102工作面为背景,采用理论分析与现场实践等手段对浅埋深薄基岩易自燃煤层防灭火技术进行研究。结果表明:采空区内煤体自燃防治主要针对自燃带,只要使引起煤自燃的4个条件中的1个或多个因素消除,终止煤氧化反应,就可防止煤体发生自燃。实施地面塌陷区“五步耕”、“四工序”治理工艺及井下综合防灭火技术,有效控制采煤工作面CO气体超标。In this paper,taking Yixin coal 2102 working face as the background,by means of theoretical analysis and field practice,fire extinguishing technology for shallow buried depth and thin bedrock and easy spontaneous combustion coal seam is studied.The prevention of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf is mainly aimed at the spontaneous combustion zone.As long as one or more of the four conditions causing coal spontaneous combustion are eliminated and the coal oxidation reaction is terminated,the coal spontaneous combustion can be prevented.The“five-step tillage”and“four-procedure”treatment technology and downhole comprehensive fire prevention technology have been implemented in the ground subsidence area,which can effectively control the excessive CO gas in the coal face.
