马克思借贷资本理论的现实还原与国有商业银行竞争力重塑研究

摘　　要：马克思的借贷资本理论对我国国有商业银行竞争力再造有重要的指导价值。国有商业银行竞争力下滑与转型紧迫的根源在于异质借贷供给主体显性化、互联网金融崛起和金融需求主体及需求意愿多元化。重塑国有商业银行的竞争力需要转变固化已久的“唯大”“等客”“唯指标任务”等发展观念,促进金融产品供需协调;积极创新中介职能,构建创新型金融平台和解决人力资本错配问题,发展具备大金融特质的咨询顾问服务;坚持风险管理和业务调整并重,在加强信贷风险防控的同时,加快布局新经济、发展绿色金融,打造零售智慧格局;重视管理要素改善劳动生产率的作用,着力变革管理模式,推进组织管理体制横向与纵向的革新。Marx's lending capital theory is of important guiding value for rebuilding the competitiveness of China's state-owned commercial banks.The roots of the decline in the competitiveness and the urgency of transformation of state-owned commercial banks include the extemalization of heterogeneous loan supply entities,the rising of internet finance and the diversification of financial demand entities and demand willingness.In order to reshape the competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks,it is necessary to change the long-established development concepts such as"focusing on only big customers","waiting for customers to come"and"focusing on only indicator tasks" to promote coordinated supply and demand of financial products;actively innovate intermediary functions,build innovative financial platforms and solve the problem of mismatch between manpower and capital to develop consulting services with big financial features;pay equal attention to both risk management and business adjustment and strengthen credit risk prevention and control,and accelerate the development of new economy and green finance to create a smart retail structure;as well as attach importance to the role of management factors in improving labor productivity and focus on changing the management mode to promote horizontal and vertical renovation of the organizational management system.
