摘 要:通过对材料成形过程中的摩擦特性、塑性变形、速度、应力状态、温度、制件的材料特性、毛坯和模具表面状态等因素的分析,着重阐明了粘结机理、粘结瘤生成原因和过程。同时针对粘结瘤生成原因,提出了一些对应的解决方案,为解决粘结问题,提供一些理论基础知识和实践经验。[Abstract]Through the retification example of iron filings on the die edge,starting from the mechanism of iron filings crushing,using knife edge nondefective qualification to check and correct knife edges and increase trimming procedures to reduce iron filings generation,by using a secondary waste cutter,adding an air blowing device,adding a iron filings storing hole on the press plate and the lower model surface,the crushing injury of iron filings to parts is reduced.Also,combined with the damage cycle of the production knife edge,the routine inspection and maintenance cycle of the die is continuously improved,the knife edge is maintained in a good product state,the generation of trimming scrap iron crushing injury is further controlled,the production quality of parts is improved,and the production cost of parts is reduced.The solution of iron filings on die trimming edge provides a reference for the design,debugging and rectification of trimming die for automobiles.
