摘　　要：分析了电梯乘用卡的塑件结构特点,介绍了电梯乘用卡注射成型模具结构设计及模具的工作过程。在基于塑件结构特点、批量、现有生产设备、模具开发周期和成本等诸多因素综合考虑之下,设计了两种塑件在同一副模具中成形的1模4腔排布结构,且对多种排布结构进行了优化选择,并着重阐述了分型面的选择和动定模的大镶块设计。This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the plastic parts of the elevator passenger card,introduces the structural design and the working process of the injection mold.Under the consideration of many factors such as the structural features of the plastic parts,batch,existing production equipment,mold development cycle and cost,two types of two pieces of four pieces of arrangement structure by the plastic parts in the same mold were designed,and various arrangement structures were optimized.
