摘　　要：南海设施渔业由于远离大陆,面临着技术水平低下、模式单一、组织化程度不高、政策支持不到位的现实困境。促进南海设施渔业发展,必须走创新驱动之路,以改变南海海洋渔业增长方式并培育竞争能力。当前创新驱动应在技术创新、模式创新、组织创新、产业创新、政策创新方面下功夫。Due to the distance from the mainland,the facility fishery in the South China Sea faces the practical dilemma including low technical level,single mode,low degree of organization and insufficient political support.To promote the development of it,we must take the road of innovation drive to change the growth mode of the South China Sea’s fishery industry and cultivate competitiveness.At present,the innovation drive should focus on the innovation in technology,mode,organization,industry and policy.
