浙江进口贸易发展面临的困难及对策研究——基于义乌进口市场的调查

摘　　要：在稳出口、促进口的新形势下,以义乌为代表的浙江省专业进口市场蓬勃发展:进口额不断增长、进口主体日趋丰富、商品集聚优势显现、进口商品种类和来源国不断扩大。但也面临总体规模偏小、企业资金压力大、进口商品销售难、进口人才紧缺等困难。建议统筹规划浙江省进口市场布局和进口展会,设立自贸"特区",构建进口产业生态链;鼓励进口企业深度融入全球供应链,从源头入手布局供应体系;统筹全省进口展会,形成分工协同各具特色的展会体系;加强知识产权保护,规范市场秩序;深化校企合作,培养进口贸易人才。以促进浙江省进口贸易持续发展。In the new situation of stabilizing exports and promoting imports, the import markets in Zhejiang Province, which is represented by Yiwu, are flourishing. The import volume is increasing. The number of importing operators is growing. The advantage of commodity agglomeration is gradually forming. The types of imported goods and the number of source countries are constantly expanding. However, they are confronted with difficulties at the same time such as relatively small scale, great capital pressure of enterprises, challenges in the sale of imported goods,shortage of professional talents, etc. Corresponding solutions are proposed including overall planning of import markets layout and import exhibitions, setting up the free trade "special zone",establishing ecological chain of import industry, encouraging import enterprises to integrate deeply into the global supply chain and building supply system right from the source;overall planning the import exhibitions in the province to establish coordinated division with its own characteristics,strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights and supervision over goods quality to standardize the market order;deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises and training talents for import trade in order to promote the sustainable development of import trade in Zhejiang Province.
