摘 要:市场环境和原煤煤质的不断变化对选煤厂运行的稳定性提出了更高的要求,为了满足稳定洗选的需求,实现重介洗选系统稳定高效运行,以代池坝选煤厂重介分选设备为研究对象,针对其存在的预分选结构易堵塞、高频筛跑粗、负荷监控困难等问题,对原煤给料方式、润湿管管路、介质液进料和高频筛等实施优化改造。优化改造后,有效提高重介分选系统的运行稳定性,增加设备使用寿命,达到了节约煤炭洗选成本以及提高煤炭洗选经济效益的目的。The continuous change of market environment and raw coal quality put forward higher requirements for the stability of the operation of the coal preparation plant.In order to meet the requirements of stable coal washing and realize the stable and efficient operation of the heavy medium washing and separation system,the heavy medium separation equipment of Daichiba Coal Preparation Plant was taken as the research object,aiming at the problems such as easy blockage of its pre-separation structure,high-frequency screen running rough,difficult load monitoring,etc.,the raw coal feeding mode,moistening pipeline,medium liquid feeding,high-frequency screen were optimized.The optimization and transformation effectively improved the operation stability of heavy medium separation system,increased the service life of equipment,reduced the cost of coal washing and improved the economic benefit of coal washing and separation.
