摘　　要：随着高等教育改革和发展的浪潮,新建本科院校应运而生。经过了将近20年的发展,新建本科院校的科研竞争力呈现出不同的层次和水平,有些新建本科院校顺应时代的发展需求,抓住了发展机遇,取得了突破性进展,但部分新建本科院校却在资金、人才等方面遇到了一些困难,影响了其整体科研实力和水平。要提升科研竞争力,新建本科院校需从师资队伍、学科建设、平台建设、科技服务等方面付诸努力和实践。With the tide of higher education reform and development,newly-built undergraduate colleges emerge as The Times require.After nearly 20 years of development,the scientific research competitiveness of newly-built undergraduate colleges has shown different levels.Some of them have responded to the development needs,seized the development opportunities and made breakthroughs.However,some have encountered some difficulties in capital and talents,which have affected their overall research strength and level.In order to improve the competitiveness,they should make efforts and practice from the aspects of teaching staff,discipline construction,platform construction and scientific and technological services.
