摘　　要：都江堰水利工程是人类工程史上的伟大奇迹,反映了我国传统水利科技、传统文化思想的先进性、可持续性与可继承性。都江堰灌区在两千余年的历史中,形成和积淀了丰富的水管理制度与经验,是今天都江堰水利文化建设亟待挖掘和研究的内容。建设都江堰水利文化,不仅是增强文化自信的有力措施,而且是完善灌区水管理的有效途径。Dujiang Weir or Dujiangyan Irrigation Scheme is one of the great wonder of human being in the history of engineering,as it represents the traditional water science and technology and advanced nature,sustainability and inheritability of thoughts of traditional culture in China.In about two thousand years of history,a water management system has been formed and rich experience has been accumulated in the Dujiangyan Irrigated District,which need to be explored and investigated in today's water culture building.Building a water culture with Dujiang Weir feature can not only enhance cultural self-confidence,but is also an effective way of improving water management in the irrigation district.
