摘　　要：从动力设备、程控阀门、吸附塔结构设计和吸附剂四个方面,详细分析了真空变压吸附制氧工艺设备的选型和设计方法,并应用于实际工程项目。指出了在设计选型中的注意事项。The methods of selection and design of process equipment on VPSA oxygen production were analyzed detailedly from the power equipment,program-controlled valve,structure design of adsorption tower and adsorbent,and were applied in the practical engineering project.The notices of selection and design of process equipment on VPSA oxygen production were also pointed out.
