摘　　要：针对白酒酿造企业低浓度废水产生量大,低浓度污水处理方式和污水回用方式不明确,污水回用率低等问题,结合白酒酿造企业生产实际,提出白酒酿造企业冷却水可直接回用于打量用水、锅炉用水,冷却水风冷或自然冷却后可回用于冷却;洗瓶废水经"离子交换+精滤+超滤+紫外灭菌"处理后达《生活饮用水卫生标准》,可回用于洗瓶等。提高企业污水回用率,减少污水排放,降低企业运营成本。为白酒酿造企业保护生态环境,走可持续发展的道路奠定基础。Wine-making wastewater was produced large by liquor enterprise.The low-concentration sewage treatment and the way of sewage reuse are ambiguity,Sewage reuse ratio is relatively low.Combined with the actual circumstance that produce of liquor enterprise.The treatment and the way of sewage reuse have been put forward.This research Expects to raise sewage reuse ratio,and decrease discharge of sewage,as well as cut down business operation cost.This research established foundation to environment protection and sustainable development of liquor enterprise.
