摘　　要：目的分析经颅磁刺激治疗对抑郁症疗效与社会功能的影响。方法将医院收治的66例抑郁症患者纳入本次试验,所选病例均来自2016年7月—2017年8月,按照随机抽签的方式将其分为观察组(33例)与对照组(33例),对照组实行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用经颅磁刺激治疗,就其治疗效果、社会功能、不良反应发生率进行对比。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(90.9%)相比于对照组(63.6%)更高,PSP评分相比于对照组更高,不良反应发生率(9.1%)相比于对照组(39.4%)更低,两组对比P<0.05。结论对精神分裂症患者应用经颅磁刺激治疗可取得较好的疗效,并能显著提升其社会功能,且治疗安全性有保障。Objective To analyze the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation on the efficacy and social function of depression patients.Methods 66 patients with depression admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this trial.The selected cases were from July 2016 to August 2017.They were randomly divided into observation groups(33 cases)and controls.Group(33 cases),the control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effect,social function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(90.9%)was higher than that in the control group(63.6%).The PSP score was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions(9.1%),compared with the control group(39.4%)was lower,P<0.05 for the two groups.Conclusion The application of transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with depression can achieve better curative effect,and can significantly improve their social function,and the safety of treatment is guaranteed.
