摘　　要：目的探讨和研究腹腔镜与十二指肠镜联合治疗肝外胆管结石的临床效果。方法使用回顾性分析法对2017年11月—2018年11月本院收治的100例胆囊结石合并肝外胆管结石患者作为研究对象,根据患者使用不同的治疗方法分成观察组和对照组,其中观察组使用的是腹腔镜和十二指肠镜联合治疗,对照组采用的是传统的开放手术治疗。对比观察组和对照组患者的术后肠蠕动恢复、肛门排气时间,恢复时间以及并发症的发生率。结果对观察组和对照组患者的临床资料进行分析之后,观察组患者的术后肠胃恢复时间、手术后的疼痛情况、恢复时间均要优于对照组,并且观察组患者的治疗费用较对照组也更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过对比观察组和对照组的临床资料发现,在临床当中使用腹腔镜合并十二指肠镜联合治疗肝外胆管结石可以使患者的损伤程度降低到最小,使患者的疼痛情况得到改善,加速患者的术后恢复。Objective To discuss and study the clinical effect of laparoscope combined with duodenoscope in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods 100 cases of cholecystolithiasis combined with extrahepatic bile duct stones patients were treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 by retrospective analysis,according to different treatment methods divided patients into the observation group and the control group,The observation group was treated with laparoscope and duodenoscope,the control group was treated with traditional open operation.Compared the time of postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery,anal exhaust time,the recovery time and the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group.Results The clinical data of the observation group and the control group showed that the postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time,post-operative pain,the recovery time in the observation group were better than the control group,and the treatment cost in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing the clinical data of the observation group and the control group,laparoscope combined with duodenoscope in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones can minimize the degree of injury in the patients,improve the patient's pain and accelerate the patient's postoperative recovery.
