中西医结合治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析中西医结合治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症疗效。方法选取本院(在2018年2月—2019年2月)收治的124例老年皮肤瘙痒症患者,按照不同治疗方法分为实验组(62例,应用中西医结合治疗方法)和对照组(62例,单纯应用西医治疗方法)。采用统计学分析两组老年皮肤瘙痒症患者的临床治疗效果以及治疗前后平均皮肤瘙痒持续时间、平均皮肤瘙痒发生频率、平均皮肤瘙痒程度评分。结果两组老年皮肤瘙痒症患者治疗前平均皮肤瘙痒持续时间、平均皮肤瘙痒发生频率、平均皮肤瘙痒程度评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后实验组老年皮肤瘙痒症患者平均皮肤瘙痒持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)、平均皮肤瘙痒发生频率和平均皮肤瘙痒程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组老年皮肤瘙痒症患者的临床治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症疗效显著,减少皮肤瘙痒持续时间、降低皮肤瘙痒发生频率和平均皮肤瘙痒程度评分。Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on skin pruritus in the elderly.Methods 124 elderly patients with pruritus admitted to our hospital(from February 2018 to February 2019)were selected and divided into experimental group(62 cases with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine)and control group(62 cases with western medicine alone)according to different treatment methods.Statistics were used to analyze the clinical treatment effect,average itch duration,average itch frequency and average itch degree scores of aged patients in the two groups before and after treatment.Results Two groups of patients with senile skin pruritus treatment before the average duration of itchy skin,average frequency itchy skin,average degree of skin pruritus score is no statistical significance(P>0.05),the experimental group after treatment in patients with senile skin pruritus,on average,itchy skin duration is shorter than the control group(P<0.05),the average frequency itchy skin and skin itching degree score lower than the control group(P<0.05);The clinical treatment effect of elderly patients with pruritus in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of pruritus in the elderly,reducing the duration,frequency and average grade of pruritus.
