湿润烧伤膏治疗急诊皮肤软组织挫擦伤的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的分析研究湿润烧伤膏治疗急诊皮肤软组织挫擦伤的临床治疗方法与效果。方法选取2017年12月—2018年12月在医院进行治疗的急诊皮肤软组织挫擦伤患者共74例,所有患者均采用湿润烧伤膏进行治疗,同时根据实际情况进行相应的全身治疗,而后观察患者的挫擦伤愈合情况、挫擦伤止痛情况以及挫擦伤感染情况。结果74例患者中在7~9天内挫擦伤基本愈合的有55例,在10~20天内挫擦伤基本愈合的有19例;用药过程中在20~30分钟内疼痛感明显减少且在1小时后疼痛感基本消失的有65例,在1~2天后疼痛感基本消失的有9例;同时患者的挫擦伤创面均愈合良好,未出现感染情况,也未出现瘢痕情况。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗急诊皮肤软组织挫擦伤的临床疗效较为显著,可以有效促进患者的创面愈合,减轻患者的疼痛感并防止出现严重感染情况。Objective To analyze the clinical treatment and effect of MEBO in treating emergency skin and soft tissue contusion.Methods A total of 74 patients with acute skin and soft tissue contusion in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.All patients were treated with MEBO,and the corresponding systemic treatment was performed according to the actual situation.Observe the patient’s healing of the bruises,the pain of bruising and pain,and the infection of the bruises.Results Of the 74 patients,there were 55 cases of basic healing in 7~9 days,and 19 cases of basic healing in 10~20 days.The pain was significantly reduced in 20~30 minutes during the treatment.There were 65 cases of pain disappeared after 1 hour,and 9 cases of pain disappeared after 1~2 days.At the same time,the wounds of the patients were well healed,no infection occurred,and no scar was found.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating emergency skin and soft tissue contusion is significant,which can effectively promote wound healing,reduce pain and prevent serious infection.
