摘  要:目的探讨院感信息化预警上报平台对重症监护室(ICU)院感发生及多重耐药菌(MDRO)检出率的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月在医院感染管理和MDRO防控基础上,分析是否使用院感信息化上报平台对医院感染率、医护人员洗手前和后合格率、MDRO检出率的影响。结果干预后洗手前、洗手后合格率与洗手总合格率均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预后医院感染率与MDRO检出率均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论院感信息化上报平台可提高医护人员洗手合格率,减少ICU院感发生,降低MDRO检出率,可使感染患者的隔离时间缩短,提高护理管理质量。Objective To explore the influence of information-based early warning and reporting platform for nosocomial infections on the incidence of nosocomial infections and the detection rate of multiple drugresistant bacteria(MDRO) in intensive care unit(ICU). Methods Based on the hospital infection management and MDRO prevention and control from January 2017 to December 2018, the influence of hospital infection reporting platform on the hospital infection rate, the pass rate before and after hand washing and the detection rate of MDRO were analyzed. Results The pass rate and total pass rate of hand washing before and after intervention were higher than those before intervention(P < 0.05), and the nosocomial infection rate and MDRO detection rate after intervention were lower than those before intervention(P < 0.05). Conclusion The hospital information reporting platform can improve the qualified rate of hand washing, reduce the incidence of hospital feeling in ICU, reduce the detection rate of MDRO, shorten the isolation time of infected patients, and improve the quality of nursing management.
