儿童混合性散光所致弱视的配镜原则及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对儿童混合性散光所致弱视的配镜原则进行分析、探讨,并观察治疗效果,为临床实践提供参考。方法将62例混合性散光所致弱视患儿作为临床研究对象,患眼共计106只,对其采用1%阿托品散瞳验光配镜,同时对其配合遮盖、弱视训练,1年后对患儿的视力改善治疗效果进行评价、观察。结果 62例患儿106只患眼中,78只眼视力恢复到0.8以上,达到正常标准,20只眼视力恢复至0.6~0.8,达到轻度标准,6只眼视力恢复至0.2~0.5,达到中度标准,仅2只眼视力为0.2以下,为重度,整体视力良好率98.11%,与治疗之前相比,对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论如今,儿童的视力问题越来越受社会和医学领域的关注与重视,因为这不仅关系着儿童的健康,同时还关系着儿童将来的长远发展。针对混合性散光所致的儿童弱视,我们应当对其采取科学、合理的配镜原则,这可以使患儿的视力得到有效的改善,取得理想的治疗效果,这对于保障儿童的视力健康,促进儿童的长远发展来说,具有重要的作用、意义。Objective To analyze and explore the principle of optician for amblyopia caused by mixed astigmatism in children, and to observe the therapeutic effect, and provide reference for clinical practice. Methods A total of 106 children with amblyopia caused by mixed astigmatism were enrolled. The total number of eyes was 106, and 1% atropine astigmatism was used for optometry. At the same time, it was combined with occlusion and amblyopia training. One year later, the children were treated with astigmatism. The visual acuity improved treatment effect was evaluated and observed. Results Of the 106 patients with 106 eyes, the visual acuity of 78 eyes recovered to above 0.8, reaching the normal standard. The visual acuity of 20 eyes recovered to 0.6~0.8, reaching a mild standard, and the visual acuity of 6 eyes recovered to 0.2~0.5. According to the degree standard, only 2 eyes had a visual acuity of 0.2 or less, which was severe, and the overall visual acuity was 98.11%. Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Today, children’s vision problems are increasingly being valued and valued in the social and medical fields, as this is not only related to children’s health, but also to the long-term development of children in the future. For children with amblyopia caused by mixed astigmatism, we should adopt scientific and reasonable optician principles, which can effectively improve the vision of children and achieve the desired therapeutic effect, which is to protect children’s vision health and promote For children’s long-term development, it has an important role and significance, and it is worth strengthening promotion and practice.
