干扰素栓对人乳头状瘤病毒感染与宫颈炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分析人乳头状瘤病毒感染与宫颈炎进展程度及干扰素栓治疗效果和近、远期复发率的相关性。方法选取2016年8月-2017年8月在本院接受治疗的人乳头状瘤病毒感染与宫颈炎患者86例,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组两组。对照组患者应用微波进行治疗,研究组患者应用干扰素栓进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗后近、远期复发情况。结果研究组患者的有效率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);炎性细胞因子变化情况方面,研究组患者的相关指标显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者的近、远期复发率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在人乳头状瘤病毒感染与宫颈炎的临床治疗过程中,应用干扰素栓进行治疗的效果显著。Objective To investigate and analyze the correlation of HPV infection with cervical erosion progress degree, interferon suppository therapeutic effect as well as short-term and long-term recurrence rate. Methods 86 patients which were admitted to our hospital due to HPV infection and cervical erosion from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table. The patients in the control group were given microwave treatment, the patients in the study group were given interferon suppository treatment. Comparing the therapeutic effect as well as shortterm and long-term recurrence after treatment in two groups. Results The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). In the case of inflammatory cytokines changes, the relate index of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The short-term and long-term recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment process of HPV infection and cervical erosion, the therapeutic effect of interferon suppository is significant, and it is worthy to be further popularized in clinical practice.
