摘 要:采用简单温和的水热法合成了Ba3Sc2F12:14%Yb^3+,2%Er ^3+荧光粉,通过控制反应时间和Li^+离子的掺杂量获得了一系列产品,对其物相组成及微观形貌进行了具体的分析,同时基于以上两个因素分别对所制得的产品的发光性能进行了探究,结果表明,反应时间的延长会使得产品晶体的尺寸增大进而使得发光强度增加,Li^+离子的掺杂量为40%时产品的发光强度最大.Ba3Sc2F12:14%Yb^3+,2%Er 3+phosphors were synthesized via a simple mild hydrothermal method.A series of samples were obtained by controlling the reaction time and the doping concentration of Li^+ions,and their phase and morphology were analyzed in detail.At the same time,the analysis of the luminescence properties of the prepared products was carried out based on the above two factors.And the results show that the extension of the reaction time will increase the size of the crystals and increase the luminescence intensity.In addition,the maximum luminescence intensity is obtained when the doping amount of Li^+ions was 40%.
