摘　　要：目的观察不同频次耳后注射甲强龙对突发性聋的疗效。方法选取2018年1~10月住院治疗的113例(113耳)突发性聋患者,按入院顺序分为三组:A组43例(43耳),B组38例(38耳),C组32例(32耳),分别耳后注射甲强龙40 mg隔一日一次、隔二日一次、隔三日一次,均共注射4次;同时每组均按照中华医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学分会制定的突聋诊断和治疗指南建议的常规治疗方案,治疗2周后复查纯音听阈,比较三组疗效。结果 A、B、C三组的有效率分别为37.2%(16/43)、36.8%(14/38)、46.9%(15/32),三组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同频次耳后注射甲强龙对突发性聋的有效率无显著影响。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of retroauricular injection of methylprednisolone with different injection intervals on the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods A total of 113 patients were recruited in this study, and they were divided into three groups by the order of entering into the hospital randomly. There were 43 cases(43 ears) in group A, 38 cases(38 ears) in group B and 32 cases(32 ears) in group C, and methylprednisolone(40 mg) were injected every other day in group A, every two days in group B and every three days in group C, respectively, and total of four times were for all groups. The therapeutic schedules of each group were in accordance with the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment formulated by the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2015. The patients in the three groups were re-examined for pure tone thresholds after two weeks of treatments and the efficacy of the three groups were compared. Results The effective rates in the three groups were 37.2%(16/43),36.8%(14/38), and 46.9%(15/32), respectively, with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Different injection intervals of retroauricular injection of methylprednisolone had no significant effect on the efficiency of treating sudden deafness.
