摘　　要：目的探讨氨基糖苷类抗菌药物对凝血功能的影响。方法将不同浓度的抗菌药物加入混合血浆制备成含抗菌药物血浆,分别测定正常混合血浆和含不同浓度的抗菌药物血浆的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)。比较含抗菌药物血浆组与正常混合血浆组的测定结果之间的差异。结果血浆中庆大霉素浓度达0.31 mg/L时,对APTT结果有影响(P<0.05),庆大霉素浓度达1.25 mg/L时,对PT结果有影响(P<0.05),庆大霉素浓度达5.00 mg/L时,对TT结果有影响(P<0.05);硫酸阿米卡星浓度达0.20 mg/L时,对PT结果有影响(P<0.05),硫酸阿米卡星浓度为0.78 mg/L时,对APTT、PT结果均有影响(P<0.05),硫酸阿米卡星浓度为6.25 mg/L时,对TT结果有影响(P<0.05)。结论在体外实验中,氨基糖苷类抗菌药物影响凝血检测结果。Objective To investigate the effect of aminoglycoside antibiotics on the coagulation function.Methods Different concentrations of antibacterial drugs were added into the mixed plasma for preparing the antibiotic-containing plasma.The levels of PT,APTT and TT in normal mixed plasma and plasma containing different concentrations of antibacterial drugs were determined respectively.The differences of determined results were compared between the antibiotic-containing plasma group and normal mixed plasma group.Results When the concentration of gentamicin in plasma was 0.31 mg/L,the results of APTT were affected(P<0.05).When the concentration of gentamicin reached 1.25 mg/L,the results of PT were affected(P<0.05).When the concentration of gentamicin reached 5.00 mg/L,the results of TT were affected(P<0.05).When the concentration of amikacin sulfate reached 0.20 mg/L,the results of PT and APTT were affected(P<0.05).At 0.78mg/L,APTT and PT results were affected(P<0.05),when the concentration of amikacin sulfate was 6.25 mg/L,TT results were affected(P<0.05).Conclusion Aminoglycoside antibacterial drugs affect the coagulation detection results in the in vitro test.
