滋补肝肾法配合隔药灸脐法治疗黄体功能不全性不孕症临床观察

摘　　要：目的主要探讨采用中药方配合隔药灸脐方式治疗黄体功能不全性不孕症的治疗效果。方法选取60例患有黄体功能不全性不孕症的患者,根据不同的治疗方式将患者分为了观察组和对照组2组,每组30例。观察组采用中药方配合隔药灸脐法治疗,对照组采用单纯自拟中药方治疗,治疗时间均为3个月。比较2组患者的治疗有效率、治疗时及结束后3个月内的妊娠率及治疗后患者排卵后基础体温(BBT)、高温相评分(HPS)、临床症状评分及黄体中期血清孕酮(P)、血清雌二醇(E2)水平。结果观察组的临床治疗效果要高于对照组,治疗时及结束后3个月内的妊娠率均要高于对照组,治疗后患者排卵后基础体温(BBT)、高温相评分(HPS)、临床症状评分及黄体中期血清孕酮(P)、血清雌二醇(E2)水平均要优于对照组,差异显著P<0.05。结论中药方配合隔药灸脐法治疗黄体功能不全性不孕症具有十分明显的效果,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of nourishing liver and kidney method combined with herbal-separated moxibustion umbilical cord method in the treatment of corpus luteum insufficiency infertility.Methods 60 infertility patients with luteal insufficiency were studied in our hospital.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group.The number of each group was 30.The observation group was treated with nourishing liver and kidney method combined with herbal-separated moxibustion umbilical cord method,while the control group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine only for 3 months.The effective rate of treatment,pregnancy rate at the time of treatment and within 3 months after the end of treatment,basal body temperature(BBT),high temperature phase score(HPS),clinical symptom score,progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2)levels in middle luteal phase were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the pregnancy rate at the time of treatment and within 3 months after the end of treatment was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the basal body temperature(BBT),high temperature phase score(HPS),clinical symptom score,progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2)levels in the middle luteal phase of the patients were better than those of the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine prescription combined with Moxibustion of umbilical cord separated by herbs has a very obvious effect on infertility due to luteal insufficiency,which is worthy of further popularization and application.
