超短波联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察超短波联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,按患者就诊顺序随机分为治疗组及对照组,各50例。对照组患者以超短波治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗。分别治疗2周,比较2组患者VAS评分及临床疗效。结果治疗结束后,治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超短波联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效较好,可有效减轻局部疼痛。Ovjective To observation the clinical effects of ultra short wave combined with Acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc prolapse.Methods 100 patients with lumbar disc prolapse were divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in per group.The control group was treated with ultra short wave,and the treatment group was combined with acupuncture.2 weeks later,the VAS scores and clinical effect were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultra short wave combined with acupuncture has a good effect in treating lumbar disc prolapse.
