药浴治疗寻常型银屑病护理干预临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究寻常型银屑病予以药浴治疗及护理干预的效果。方法抽取2016年1月—2017年12月收治的寻常型银屑病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,各40例,所有患者均予以麦饭石药浴治疗,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以护理干预,比较2组护理满意度、住院时间、药浴时间。结果观察组住院、药浴时间短于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理总满意度95.0%,高于对照组80.0%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寻常型银屑病予以药物浸浴治疗基础上联合护理干预,能缩短治疗时间,提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective In order to investigate the curative effect of medicated bath in treating psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 80 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both two groups were received medicated bath of maifan-stone.The control group implemented conventional nursing,and the observation group added nursing intervention on the conventional nursing foundation.The satisfaction,LOS and bathing time between two groups was compared.Results Both LOS and bathing time in the observation group were shorter than that of the control(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group(95.0%)was higher than that of the control(80.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding nursing intervention on the medicated bath in treating psoriasis vulgaris can shorter LOS and treating time,and increase nursing satisfaction.It is worth to be generalized.
