摘　　要：目的:分析研讨用草酸艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平对老年抑郁症患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:随机从重庆三峡中心医院2016年4月至2018年2月期间收治的老年抑郁症患者中抽选80例患者进行研究。根据治疗方式的不同将其分为西酞普兰组和草-奥联合组。对西酞普兰组40例患者采用草酸艾司西酞普兰进行治疗,对草-奥联合组40例患者采用草酸艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:草-奥联合组患者治疗的总有效率(92.5%)高于西酞普兰组患者治疗的总有效率(57.5%),P<0.05。治疗后,草-奥联合组患者血清IL-6、IL-2的水平均低于西酞普兰组患者,P<0.05。结论:对老年抑郁症患者采用草酸艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平进行治疗的效果显著,可有效地改善其炎性指标。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of escitalopram oxalate combined with olanzapine in elderly patients with depression.Methods:80 elderly patients with depression admitted to chongqing three gorges central hospital from April 2016 to February 2018 were randomly selected for the study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into citalopram group and cao-ao combination group.Forty patients in the citalopram group were treated with escitalopram oxalate and 40 patients in the cao-ao combination group were treated with escitalopram oxalate combined with olanzapine.The two groups were then compared.Results:the total effective rate(92.5%)in the combination group was higher than that in the citalopram group(57.5%),P<0.05.After treatment,the serum IL-6 and IL-2 levels of patients in the combination group were lower than those in the citalopram group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the combination of iscitalopram oxalate and olanzapine has a significant effect on the treatment of elderly patients with depression,and can effectively improve the inflammatory index.
