摘　　要：缓释控释药物均可通过在患者体内缓慢地释放药物,长时间地维持其体内的血药浓度。但是,在特定患者或特定情况下使用缓释控释药物,会导致药物释放不完全或产生副作用,进而可影响其疗效。本次研究主要是探讨缓释控释药物的分类、制剂原理及不同患者在服用这类药物后其体内药代动力学的特点,以便为这类药物的临床应用提供参考。All sustained-release and controlled-release drugs can maintain blood drug concentration in patients for a long time by releasing drugs slowly in their bodies.However,the use of sustained-release and controlled-release drugs in specific patients or circumstances may lead to incomplete drug release or side effects,which may affect their efficacy.The purpose of this study is to explore the classification,preparation principle and pharmacokinetic characteristics of different patients after taking these drugs,so as to provide references for the clinical application of these drugs.
