摘 要:自主设计了一款新型的筛板塔式电-Fenton反应器,并将其应用于茜素红染料废水的处理,研究了塔板间距、筛板孔径、开孔率、曝气量及处理时间等因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明:在板间距100 mm、石墨极板孔径4 mm、开孔率15%、曝气量8 L/min时,该电-Fenton反应器表现出最佳的处理能力,茜素红废水的脱色率大于99%,COD去除率高于82%.同时,应用此反应器处理实际的印染废水,脱色率95%,COD去除率在60%左右.因此,该反应器对印染废水表现出了很好的处理能力.A new type of orifice column electro-Fenton reactor was designed and applied to the treatment of alizalin red dye wastewater.The parameters of distance between plates,pore size,opening rate,aeration rate and treatment time on the treatment effect were studied.The results show that,when the distance between plates is 100 mm,the pore size of graphite plate is 4 mm,the opening rate is 15%,and the aeration rate is 8 L/min,the decolorization rate of alizalin red wastewater is more than 99% and the removal rate of COD is higher than 82%.At the same time,the electro-Fenton reactor was applied to the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.The decolorization rate is 95% and the COD removal rate is about 60%.Therefore,the reactor shows a good ability to treat printing and dyeing wastewater.
