摘 要:改革开放加快我国对外贸易发展的步伐,如今我国已成为全球的贸易大国。繁荣的贸易带来生态环境的破坏,环境问题日益凸显。在全球低碳经济可持续发展的浪潮下,碳减排已经成为我国重要的战略目标。通过分析近年来对外贸易发展现状,基于WIOD(世界投入产出表)环境账目数据库测算我国工业行业的贸易隐含碳排放,研究发现中国已成为全球最大碳排放国家,中国工业行业的碳排放量自2000年一直在增加,但在2008年出现拐点,其中金属制品与合金制品行业碳排放量最大。为此,我国应改变对外贸易发展方式,从高能耗转向低能耗的可持续发展方式。Reform and opening up have accelerated the pace of China's foreign trade development,and today China has become a global trading power.Prosperous trade has brought about damage to the ecological environment,and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Under the tide of sustainable development of the global low-carbon economy,carbon emission reduction has become an important strategic goal of China.By analyzing the current status of foreign trade development in recent years,based on the WIOD(World Input-Output Table)environmental account database to measure the trade hidden carbon emissions of China's industrial sector,the study found that China has become the world's largest carbon emitter,China's industrial carbon emissions It has been increasing since 2000,but there was an inflection point in 2008,in which the metal products and alloy products industry had the largest carbon emissions.To this end,China should change the way of foreign trade development,from high energy consumption to low-energy sustainable development.
