摘　　要：汉语研究应在语言与文字的关系中来进行,既要注意汉语对文字符号的制约,又要关注汉字对汉语的影响;不但要研究语言与文字之间的关系,还要研究各构成要素之间的联系。文字是语言书面语存在形式的有机组成部分,是语言书面语肌体里的构成要素,由此可以把文字纳入现代语言学的研究视野,开启新的汉语研究思路,使汉语研究既能贯通古今,不割裂传统,又能中外接轨,让西方语言理论在汉语研究中更好地发挥作用,开拓视野,导引思路,由此使中国的语言研究焕发生机,能在世界语言学舞台上"振大汉之天声"。The study of Chinese should be carried out in regard to the relationship between language and characters.It should pay attention to the restriction of Chinese on characters and the influence of Chinese characters on Chinese.It is also necessary to study the connection between the constituent elements.Characters are an organic part of the existent form of written language,and constituent elements of the body of the written language.Therefore,we should put characters into the study field of modern linguistics,form a new perspective on the study of Chinese,make researchers of Chinese not only well versed in ancient and modern learning,not isolated from traditions,and gear to Chinese and foreign standards,thus bringing into better play the role of western language theory in the study of Chinese so as to broaden our horizons and guide our thinking.In this way,it is expected to make the Chinese language study thrive and earn a niche on the world stage of linguistics.
