摘　　要：档案标准体系的适用性关系到档案数据治理的质量和水平,档案标准体系适用性评价指标体系分为技术评价指标和综合评价指标两大类:技术评价指标包括技术的合理性、级别的适当性、颗粒度的适宜性、水平的先进性、应用的广泛性;综合评价指标包括完整性、系统性和协调性。将成熟度概念引入档案标准体系评价,结合上述评价指标体系构建档案标准体系成熟度发展模型,并作为标准体系持续改进和优化的依据。The suitability of the archival standard system is related to the quality and level of archival data governance.The suitability evaluation system of the archival standard system is divided into two categories:technical evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation system.Technical evaluation indicators include the rationality of technology,appropriateness of grade,suitability of granularity,progressiveness of level and extensiveness of application.Comprehensive evaluation indicators include completeness,systematicness and coordination.With the concept of maturity being introduced into the evaluation of the archival standard system,an archival standard system maturity model is constructed in combination with the above evaluation system,and serves as the basis for continuous improvement and optimization of the standard system.
