外绑法治疗阳痿早泄280例的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:分析外绑法治疗阳痿早泄280例的临床体会。方法:选取我室近年来收治的280例患者参与本文研究,对照组采取单纯中药方剂治疗,实验组在对照组和治疗基础上实施外绑法治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组患者的治疗效果高于对照组,实施外绑法治疗后患者治疗有效率明显提升。结论:在中医范畴中,阴经通与精囊,属于肾脏的门户。男子的射精功能依赖于肝的疏泄和肾的封藏功能,肝肾之间相互制约相互协调,从而保证男子射精正常。若患者的肾脏功能虚损,封闭功能失常或肾阳不足则会出现早泄。早泄是阳痿的主要影响因素,是早期主要表现。随着人们工作压力越来越大,精神过于紧张,房事频繁等都会引发阳痿早泄的出现。Objective:To analyze the clinical experience of 280 cases of premature ejaculation with impotence.Methods:A total of 280 patients treated in our room in recent years were selected to participate in this study.The control group was treated with pure Chinese medicine prescriptions.The experimental group was treated with external binding on the basis of the control group and the treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the treatment efficiency of the patients was significantly improved after the external strapping treatment.Conclusion:In the category of TCM,Yin Meridian and seminal vesicles belong to the portal of the kidney.The ejaculation function of men depends on the drainage of the liver and the sealing function of the kidneys.The liver and kidneys are mutually restricted and coordinated to ensure that men’s ejaculation is normal.Premature ejaculation can occur if the patient has impaired renal function,closed dysfunction,or insufficient kidney yang.Premature ejaculation is the main influencing factor of impotence and the main manifestation in the early stage.As people work more and more under pressure,their mentality is too tense,and frequent intercourse will cause impotence and premature ejaculation.
