优质护理干预在高血压性鼻出血患者护理中效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析优质护理干预在高血压性鼻出血患者护理中效果。方法:抽取我院2017年10月1日-2018年4月1日收治的92例高血压性鼻出血患者为研究对象,以入院单双号随机将92例患者划分为对照组(n=46)以及研究组(n=46),对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取优质护理干预,分析护理效果。结果:研究组护理满意率高于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者入院舒张压及收缩压无统计学价值(P>0.05),研究组复诊舒张压及收缩压均低于对照组,P<0.05;研究组遵医行为、日常生活、药物治疗以及健康行为等自我能效评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对高血压性鼻出血患者实施优质护理干预,有利于控制患者血压,提升自我能效,具有显著的护理效果。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with hypertensive epistaxis.Methods:Ninety-two patients with hypertensive epistaxis treated in our hospital from October 1,2017 to April 1,2018 were selected as the research subjects.92 patients were randomly divided into the control group with admission single and double numbers(n=46).And the study group(n=46),the control group received routine nursing,and the study group adopted high-quality nursing intervention to analyze the nursing effect.Results:The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;there was no statistically significant value of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the two groups of patients(P>0.05);The self-efficacy scores of study group in compliance behavior,daily life,drug treatment and health behavior were higher than those in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Implementing high-quality nursing intervention for patients with hypertensive epistaxis is beneficial to control the blood pressure of patients,improve self-energy efficiency,and has significant nursing effect.
