摘 要:目的:评价对重症监护室患者护理中应用人文关怀护理的临床价值以及对其疗效产生的影响。方法:病例选取时间为2018年8月至2019年5月,对笔者所在医院收治的94例重症监护室患者开展项目研究,采用数字随机表法将其平均分成2组,为研究组(n=47)与参照组(n=47)。参照组给予开展常规干预,研究组在此基础之上开展人文关怀干预。对其干预前后睡眠质量、负面情绪、护理满意度等进行数据统计分析。结果:两组干预前后睡眠质量与负面情况数据统计分析,研究组干预前各项评分与参照组相比无明显差异P>0.05,干预后研究组负面情绪评分低于参照组,睡眠质量评分告诉参照组,经过t值检验后,组间对比统计学意义存在P<0.05;两组患者护理满意度数据统计分析,研究组护理总满意度97.87%(46/47)例高于参照组护理总满意度85.11%(40/47),经过x2值检验后,组间对比存在统计学意义P<0.05。结论:对于重症监护室患者来说,开展人文关怀干预可在一定程度上缓解其因疾病而产生的负面情绪,提升其整体睡眠质量,患者对于该种干预方式的满意度也相对较高,可予以广泛推广实施。Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of the application of humanistic care in the care of patients in intensive care units and its impact on its efficacy.Methods:The case selection period was from August 2018 to May 2019.A project study was performed on 94 patients in the intensive care unit treated by the author’s hospital,and they were divided into 2 groups by the digital random table method.The study groups(n=47)and reference group(n=47).The reference group gave routine intervention,and the research group carried out humanistic care intervention on this basis.Statistical analysis was performed on sleep quality,negative mood,and nursing satisfaction before and after the intervention.Results:Statistical analysis of sleep quality and negative data before and after the intervention in the two groups.There was no significant difference between the scores of the study group before the intervention and the reference group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the negative emotion score of the study group was lower than the reference group.In the reference group,after the t-value test,there was a statistically significant difference between the groups P<0.05;statistical analysis of the nursing satisfaction data of the two groups showed that the total satisfaction of the nursing group in the study group was 97.87%(46/47),which was higher than that in the reference group The satisfaction rate was 85.11%(40/47).After the X2 value test,the comparison between the groups was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients in intensive care units,carrying out humanistic care intervention can alleviate the negative emotions caused by the disease and improve their overall sleep quality to a certain extent.Patients’satisfaction with this intervention method is also relatively high,which can be widely promoted.
