摘　　要：目的:探究青光眼术后行白内障微切口超声乳化吸出术的护理对策及护理疗效。方法:选取我院在最近一年时间内收治的200例青光眼术后行白内障微切口超声乳化吸出术患者作为研究对象,将其平均分为A组和B组,每组各100名患者。其中,A组患者采取常规护理模式,B组患者采取全面护理模式,护理一段时间之后对比两组患者的恢复情况。结果:B组患者视力恢复情况要显著优于A组患者,而且术后并发症的发生概率也比较低。两组患者的差异具有统计学意义。结论:综合护理干预手段可以有效提升青光眼术后行白内障微切口超声乳化吸出术的视力恢复效果,减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者的早日康复,提升整体的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the nursing strategies and nursing effects of cataract micro-incision phacoemulsification and suction after glaucoma surgery.Methods:Two hundred patients who underwent cataract microincision phacoemulsification after glaucoma surgery in our hospital during the past year were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into groups A and B,with 100 patients in each group.Among them,the patients in group A were given the conventional nursing mode,and the patients in group B were given the comprehensive nursing mode.After a period of nursing,the recovery of the two groups was compared.Results:The visual recovery of patients in group B was significantly better than that in group A,and the probability of postoperative complications was relatively low.The difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the vision recovery effect of cataract micro-incision phacoemulsification after glaucoma surgery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote the early recovery of patients,and improve the overall treatment effect.
