摘  要:栖息地适宜性指数模型是目前鱼类生境评价中常用的评价方法。从环境因子的选取和敏感性、因子时空尺度、单因子评价、组合算法等几个主要环节对栖息地适宜性指数模型在鱼类生境评价的应用现状进行总结,并对模型在河口、湖泊、海洋等不同水生环境中对鱼类生境评价的应用加以概述。同时,通过指出栖息地适宜性指数模型现阶段应用时需注意的问题,为该模型今后的发展和应用提供参考。The habitat suitability index(HSI)is a widespreadly used method in fish habitat assessment.This paper summarizes the application status of habitat suitability index model in fish habitat assessment from the selection of environmental factors and factors’sensitivity,factors’spatial-temporal scale,single-factor evaluation method and combination algorithm.And it gives the generalization of model applications in fish habitat assessment in different aquatic environments,such as estuary,lake and deep ocean.Finally,the paper points out the key points that need to be paid attention to when applying the habitat suitability index model at present,hoping to provide reference for the future development and application of the model.
