摘  要:镁资源及其镁质材料是我国国民经济发展的重要物质基础.采用碳足迹分析方法,定量核算与分析中国原镁生产过程中的碳足迹及生态压力动态变化过程,以期为镁产业绿色发展提供依据.结果表明:1)2010~2015年中国原镁生产过程中的碳足迹总体上逐年增加,且增长趋势不断加大;2)研究期间原镁生产过程产业的碳排放压力与碳足迹生态压力总体呈上升趋势且基本一致,环境压力逐步增大,表明林地与草地碳汇的增长速度已不能满足原镁生产过程中能源消费碳排放的增加速度;3)由于2015年全球镁市场低迷、需求缩减,导致中国原镁减产,因此碳排放压力和碳足迹生态压力较2014年有所降低;4)为了使中国镁产业健康可持续发展,需要进一步推动节能减排新技术以减少能源消耗,增加林地与草地面积以增加碳汇储量,进一步完善碳排放交易市场以启动碳排放交易,平衡环境与发展之间的相互关系以改善生产环境.Magnesium resources and their magnesium materials are the material basis for the development of national economy.In this paper,carbon footprint analysis method is used to quantitatively calculate and analyze the dynamic change process of carbon footprint and ecological pressure in the process of raw magnesium production in China,in order to provide a basis for the green development of magnesium industry.The results show that:1)The carbon footprint of China′s primary magnesium production process in 2010~2015 has increased year by year,and the growth trend was increasing;2)The carbon emission pressure and carbon footprint ecological pressure are generally on the rise,and the upward trend is basically the same,indicating that the growth rate of forest land and grassland carbon sink can no longer meet the increase rate of energy consumption carbon emissions in the original magnesium production process,and its carbon emissions on the environment more and more pressure;3)Due to the sluggish global magnesium market and the shrinking demand in 2015,China′s raw magnesium production has been reduced,so the carbon emission pressure and carbon footprint ecological pressure have decreased compared with 2014;4)In order to make China′s magnesium industry healthy and sustainable development,we need to further promote new technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction to reduce energy consumption,increase the area of woodland and grassland to increase carbon sink reserves,improve the carbon trading market to initiate carbon trading,balance the relationship between environment and development to improve the production environment.
