摘 要:采用荧光光谱和紫外可见光谱考察了超声照射条件下吡罗昔康(PIR)对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的损伤作用,探究了PIR浓度和超声时间对该作用的影响.结果表明,在一定条件下,BSA的损伤程度随超声作用时间的延长和PIR浓度的增大而增加;进一步对其损伤机制研究发现,超声波可激活PIR产生活性氧,且以羟基自由基为主.该研究对声敏剂的开发及超声协同声敏剂在抗肿瘤、抗菌治疗中创新性应用具有重要意义.In this paper,the damage of bovine serum albumin(BSA)by the synergistic effect of piroxicam(PIR)with ultrasonic irradiation was investigated by fluorescence and UV-vis spectra.Moreover,the influences of PIR concentration and ultrasonic irradiation time on the damage of BSA were explored.The results showed that under certain conditions,the damage degree of BSA would be increased with the prolongation of ultrasonic irradiation time and the increase of PIR concentration.Further studies on the BSA injury mechanism showed that ultrasound could activate PIR to produce reactive oxygen species,mainly hydroxyl radicals.This study is of great significance to the development and the innovative application of sonosensitizer combined with ultrasound on anti-tumor and anti-bacterial therapy.
