中医药院校护理本科毕业生就业质量调查分析与研究——以云南中医药大学护理学院为例

摘　　要：研究选取云南中医药大学护理学院2016-2018届毕业生作为研究对象,对其就业质量状况进行调查分析,探索进一步提高护理学专业毕业生就业质量的对策,以促进就业指导工作的有效开展,培养适应社会需求的高级护理人才,实现护理教育与社会需求的“双赢”局面。Selecting the graduates of the Nursing College of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2016 to 2018 as the research object,the research investigates and analyzes their employment quality,and explores countermeasures to further improve the employment quality of nursing graduates,in order to promote the effective implementation of employment guidance,cultivate top talents meeting social needs,and realize a"win-win"situation between nursing education and social needs.
