摘　　要：中医药期刊是传承和创新中医药文化的重要载体和阵地,只有提升中医药期刊的编辑水平,才能更好地发挥期刊作用。编辑活动和文化选择的同一性决定提升编辑水平的关键在于提升编辑的文化选择能力。文化选择能力的提升离不开编辑的自我学习和成长,但是作为一项复杂性的脑力劳动,应着手从事前分工、事中带教和事后评价,建立一套成熟稳定的管理机制,不断提升编辑文化选择的认知和业务水平。Traditional Chinese medicine journals are important carriers for the inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine culture.The role of Chinese medicine journals can be better played only by improving the editorial level and the editorial culture selection ability.The improvement of cultural selection ability is inseparable from the self-learning and growth of editors.However,as a complex mental work,we should start pre-work,conduct teaching and post-evaluation,establish a mature and stable management mechanism in order to continuously improve the editing level of cultural selection.
