高效液相荧光色谱法测定注射用盐酸川芎嗪的含量

摘　　要：目的建立注射用盐酸川芎嗪的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱荧光检测器,甲醇-水(40∶60)为流动相;流速1.0mL·min-1;激发波长为289nm,发射波长为321nm。结果3批注射用盐酸川芎嗪样品的含量测定结果分别为标示量的103.9%、99.5%和100.4%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好、灵敏度高,可用于注射用盐酸川芎嗪的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of ligustrazine hydrochloride for injection.METHODS The separation was performed by HPLC with fluorescence detector.The mobile phase was methanol-water(40:60)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at EX=289 nm and EM=321 nm.RESULTS The results of determination of content for three batches of ligustrazine hydrochloride for injection were 103.9%,99.5%and 100.4%contrast to standard amount.CONCLUSION The method is convenient,accurate,reproducible and sensitive.It can be used to the quality control of ligustrazine hydrochloride for injection.
