摘　　要：精原干细胞(spermatogonial stem cells,SSCs)是一类存在于睾丸曲细精管中的生殖干细胞,在整个精子发生过程中,SSCs不断增殖、分化以保持自身数目的稳定并产生精子。SSCs体外培养方法的不断改进对揭示精子发生机制、治疗男性不育症等具有重要意义。本文综述了近年来SSCs体外培养方法及应用的最新研究进展。Spermatogonial stem cells(SSCs) are a type of germ stem cells existed in the seminiferous epithelium in the testis. During the process of spermatogenesis, SSCs constantly differentiate to produce sperm while concomitantly proliferate to maintain a stable number of themselves. The in vitro culture methods of SSCs has been improving continuously, which is of great value in revealing the mechanism of spermatogenesis and treatment of male infertility. This article summarized the recent advances in the studies of the culture methods and application of SSCs.
