摘 要:目的 17β羟基类固醇脱氢酶12(17βHSD12)在乳腺癌(BC)组织中表达及其与临床病理特征、预后的相关性。方法选取南方科技大学医院2014年3月至2015年3月采集的90例乳腺癌组织和45例癌旁组织作为研究对象。使用免疫组化两步法测定组织中17βHSD12的表达,分析该酶表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分期、阳性淋巴结等病理特征以及预后的关系。结果乳腺癌组织中17βHSD12的表达阳性率为82.2%,癌旁健康组织中阳性率为33.3%,χ~2=31.920,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);17β-HSD12表达与临床分期、肿瘤直径和患者预后均密切相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响乳腺癌治疗预后的单因素包括临床分期、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移和17βHSD12高表达,后者是影响患者预后的独立危险因素。结论 17βHSD12具有调控乳腺癌患者机体雌激素的作用,同时与肿瘤分期密切相关,推测其在病情发生、进展中起到重要作用;此外17βHSD12高表达可以作为评估乳腺癌预后差的潜在指标。Objective To express 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 12(17βHSD12)in breast cancer(BC)tissues and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods Ninety cases of breast cancer tissue and 45 cases of adjacent tissue collected from Southern University of Science and Technology Hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects.The immunohistochemical two-step method was used to determine the expression of 17βHSD12 in tissues,and the relationship between the expression of this enzyme and the pathological characteristics and prognosis of patients such as age,tumor size,clinical stage,and positive lymph nodes were analyzed.Results The positive rate of 17βHSD12 expression in breast cancer tissues was 82.2%,and the positive rate in healthy adjacent tissues was 33.3%,χ~2=31.920,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The expression of 17β-HSD12 was closely related to clinical stage,tumor diameter and patient prognosis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The single factors that affect the prognosis of breast cancer treatment include clinical stage,tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,and 17βHSD12 high expression,the latter is an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of patients.Conclusions 17βHSD12 can regulate estrogen in breast cancer patients and is closely related to tumor stage.It is speculated that it plays an important role in the occurrence and progression of the disease.In addition,17βHSD12 high expression can be used as a potential indicator to evaluate the poor prognosis of breast cancer.
