摘 要:从盐碱土壤中筛选到1株解磷菌株,通过形态观察、分子遗传和进化树分析对菌株进行了鉴定;用钼锑抗比色法测定了不同碳源、氮源和初始pH对菌株解磷能力的影响。结果发现:菌株属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces)。用葡萄糖和(NH4)2SO4作为碳源和氮源,最高解磷量分别为326.5、341.1 mg·L^-1,发酵液的pH最低值分别为4.64和4.59。pH不同的条件下,当以水为对照组时,解磷菌的最高解磷能力随着培养基初始pH增加而显著增加,其中,初始pH为9时,菌株的最大解磷量最高。综上,解磷菌培养基最适宜的碳源为葡糖糖、氮源为(NH4)2SO4。A strain was screened from saline soil. The strain was identified by morphological observation, molecular inheritance and evolutionary tree. Phosphorus-dissolving ability of strains with different carbon, nitrogen and initial pH was determined by molybdenum-antimony colorimetry. The strain belongs to streptomyces. Using glucose and(NH4)2SO4 as carbon and nitrogen sources, the maximum phosphors were 326.5 and 341.1 mg/L, respectively. Under different pH, when water was used as the control group, the highest phosphate-dissolving ability of the phosphate-dissolving bacteria increased significantly with the increase of the pH of the initial medium. Among them, when the initial pH was 9, the maximum phosphorus solution amount of the strain was the highest. Therefore, the most suitable carbon source for phosphorylated bacteria culture medium is glucose and nitrogen source is(NH4)2SO4.
