摘　　要：结合生产实际,分析VD炉屏蔽盖现状,通过对屏蔽盖材质及结构进行改造,使用寿命由原来的110炉提高到850炉,极大延长了屏蔽盖使用寿命;改造后60Si2Mn、37Mn5的夹杂物脱除率由34.07%、34.46%提高到55.80%、57.15%,有效提高了钢水质量;改造后相比改造前可节约每吨钢成本为11.69元,取得了明显的经济效益。Combined with the production practice,the status quo of the shielding cover of VD furnace was analyzed.Through the modification of its material and upgrade of its structure,the service life of the shielding cover has greatly extended from 110 furnaces to 850 furnaces.Further,the inclusion removal rate of 60Si2Mn and 37Mn5 increased from 34.07%and 34.46%to 55.80%and 57.15%respectively,effectively improving the quality of molten steel.Moreover,the cost per ton of steel can be saved about 11.69 yuan compared with that before modification,which means obvious economic benefits have been obtained.
