摘 要:针对依维柯汽车转向节复杂特殊的产品结构和实际批量生产中出现的侧臂成形困难、缺料、折叠、合格率低等质量问题,通过Deform有限元建立依维柯汽车转向节塑性有限元模型,进行预锻模具和终锻模具的构建,并分析其预锻件和终锻件金属流动过程,对依维柯汽车转向节预锻件成形和终锻件进行分析和探究,得出转向节预锻件和预锻模具结构初始设计不合理的结论。重新设计修改和优化转向节预锻件和预锻模具,并进行现场生产。依维柯汽车转向节锻件的材料利用率提高了6. 3%,合格率也提高了3. 3%,积累了成功的技术设计经验。For the special complex product structure of the steering knuckle for IVECO automobile and the quality problems in the actual mass production,such as forming difficulties of side arm,lack of materials,folding,low qualification rate and so on,the plastic finite element model of the steering knuckle for IVEVO automobile was constructed by finite element software Deform to build pre-forgings and final forging molds,and the metal flow processes of pre-forgings and final forgings were analyzed. Then,the pre-forgings and final forgings of the steering knuckle for IVECO automobile were analyzed and researched,and the unreasonable conclusions of the initial design for the pre-forgings and the pre-forging mold structure of steering knuckle were obtained. Hence,the pre-forgings and the pre-forging mold of steering knuckle were redesigned and optimized,and the actual production was conducted. Furthermore,the material utilization rate of the steering knuckle forgings for IVECO automobile and the qualification rate were increased by 6. 3% and 3. 3% respectively,and the technical design experience was accumulated successfully.
