摘  要:对某汽车离合器外齿毂的结构特征进行了分析,针对其内花键成形困难的技术难点,提出了冷挤压成形的工艺方案。通过有限元软件DEFORM-3D对离合器外齿毂冷挤压成形过程进行数值模拟分析,研究了入模半角、毛坯壁厚和摩擦系数对成形载荷及成形质量的影响规律。研究结果表明:当入模半角为45°、毛坯壁厚为6. 0 mm、摩擦系数为0. 12时,离合器外齿毂内花键圆角填充饱满,成形载荷也相对较小。并采用离合器外齿毂冷挤压成形工艺方案进行试验,证明了该工艺方案的可行性及数值模拟结果的正确性。For the technical difficulties in the internal spline forming,the structural characteristics of the clutch outer gear hub of a certain automobile were analyzed,and the cold extrusion process scheme was proposed. Then,the cold extrusion process of the clutch outer gear hub was numerically simulated by finite element software DEFORM-3D,and the influences of half-angle of input die,wall thickness of blank and friction coefficient on the forming load and forming quality were studied. The results show that the rounded corner of internal spline in the clutch outer gear hub is full filled and the forming load is relatively small with the half angle of input die of 45°,the wall thickness of blank of 6. 0 mm and the friction coefficient of 0. 12. Furthermore,the experiment was conducted by the cold extrusion process of the clutch outer gear hub,and it proves the feasibility of the process scheme and the correctness of the numerical simulation results.
