摘 要:基于理论分析与实验验证,提供了一种多工位冷锻工艺生产球头销。球头销多工位冷锻成形工艺存在两种可选方案,为了得到最佳成形方案,采用了Deform-3D有限元软件对两种工艺方案进行仿真计算。对比了两种方案的应力-应变、成形载荷、材料损伤值,得到最佳工艺方案。根据最佳工艺方案,设计了相应的模具,并针对球头销头部脱模困难的问题,提供了一种浮动哈夫分模方案。实验表明,球头销成形分配合理、填充饱满,无裂纹、飞边等缺陷,浮动哈夫分模顺畅。多工位冷锻工艺研究中,有限元技术的应用、模具及浮动哈夫分模的设计均对同类型的研究有一定的参考价值。Based on theoretical analysis and experimental verification,a multi-station cold forging process was provided to produce ball pin,and there were two options for the multi-station cold forging process of ball pin. In order to get the best forming scheme,two process schemes were simulated by finite element software Deform-3D,and the best process scheme was obtained by comparing stress-strain,forming load and material damage values of two process schemes. Then,the corresponding die was designed according to the best process scheme,and for the difficulty of demoulding the ball pin head,a floating Half parting mold scheme was provided. The experiments show that the ball pin forming is well-distributed,full-filled,no cracks,no flashes and other defects,and the floating Half parting mold splits smoothly. Thus,in the research of multi-station cold forging process,the application of finite element technology and the design of die and floating Half parting mold have certain reference value for the same type of research.
