摘 要:通过锆合金片的冷轧实验以及UMo/Zr燃料板的冷轧工艺实验,分析了锆合金的变形特性和不同相体积的UMo/Zr燃料板的冷轧延伸量与相体积、轧制压力的关系。结果表明,锆合金在冷轧加工时会发生明显的硬化现象,最优冷轧道次为4~5道次。冷轧变形量越大,锆合金的加工硬化现象越明显。此外,明确了UMo/Zr燃料板冷轧延伸量与相体积、轧制压力的关系,即在相同轧制道次、相同相体积的条件下,轧制压力越大,燃料板芯体的延伸量也越大;相体积越大,燃料板达到相同延伸量时所需的轧制压力也越大。并据此建立UMo/Zr燃料板单道次的轧制压力和延伸量的对照表。采用此对照表进行冷轧的UMo/Zr燃料板,其尺寸控制精度大幅提高(约40%),平均轧制时间节省约2. 6 min。The deformation performance of zirconium alloy and the relationship among cold rolling extension distance of UMo/Zr fuel plates and phase volume as well as rolling pressure were analyzed by the cold rolling experiments of zirconium alloy plates and UMo/Zr fuel plates. The results show that the work hardening of zircomium alloy occurs obviously in the cold rolling process,and the number of the optimum cold rolling pass is 4-5. Furthermore,the more the amount of cold rolling deformation is,the more obvious the work hardening of zirconium alloy is. In addition,the relationship among cold rolling extension distance of UMo/Zr fuel plates and phase volume as well as rolling pressure is confirmed,that is,under the same rolling pass and phase volume,the larger the rolling pressure is,the larger the cold rolling extension is,and the larger the phase volume is,the larger the rolling pressure required when the fuel plate reaches the same extension distance is. Thus,a comparison table of rolling pressure and extension distance of UMo/Zr fuel plate in a single pass was established based on their relationships,and the rolled UMo/Zr fuel plates are obtained based on this comparison table to dramatically improve the size control precision of fuel plates by about 40% and save the average rolling time by about 2. 6 min.
