摘 要:在弯曲模具成形板料的载荷测试中,普通传感器因信噪比不高、测试空间狭小而可能产生功能失效。根据金属在塑性成形时的应力分布规律,设计了一种压电式探针测力传感器,当探针的一端受到板料弯曲变形对其的挤压作用时,产生的应力沿探针轴向传播,通过测量探针所受载荷,可得到整板的弯曲成形力。为了检验压电式探针测力传感器的性能,特别设计了一副弯曲组合模具,并将压电式探针测力传感器倾斜安装在模具型腔中,测试板料在弯曲成形中所受载荷,经反复试验,并将测试结果与经验公式计算结果进行比对,测试偏差在可接受范围内,结果证明传感器性能是稳定可靠的。In the load test of sheet metal formed by bending die,the ordinary sensor may have a functional failure due to the low signalnoise ratio and the narrow test space. According to the stress distribution law of metal plastic forming,a piezoelectric probe force sensor was designed. When one end of the probe was subjected to the squeezing action of the sheet bending deformation,the generated stress propagated along the axial direction of the probe,and the bending force of the entire plate was obtained by measuring the load on the probe. In order to verify the performance of the piezoelectric probe force sensor,the bending combined die was specially designed,and the piezoelectric probe force sensor was installed obliquely in the die cavity to test the load of the sheet during bending. After repeated trials,the test results were compared with the empirical formula calculation results,and the test deviation was within the acceptable range.The result shows that the performance of sensor is stable and reliable.
