食蟹猴运动神经传导及运动单元特征研究

摘  要:运动神经传导和运动单元检查在运动神经元疾病的临床诊断及预后中具有重要的指导意义.然而,目前缺乏有效和统一的可运用于食蟹猴等非人灵长类动物的检测方法及参考数据.本研究以临床电生理研究方法为基础,对食蟹猴运动神经传导及运动单元检测方法进行了初步研究.结果表明,食蟹猴腓总神经、尺神经、胫神经、桡神经及正中神经运动传导速度分别为60. 925 9±12. 554 2 m/s、60. 259 2±5. 118 5 m/s、53. 629 6±7. 581 0 m/s、62. 714 2±10. 190 2 m/s、53. 206 8±5. 066 5 m/s.本研究建立食蟹猴的运动神经传导及运动单元检测的标准方法并获得其参考值,对食蟹猴的神经肌肉功能检测及评估具有一定的参考意义,为今后以食蟹猴为模型开展神经肌肉疾病的研究奠定基础.Motor nerve conduction and motor unit examination have important guiding significance in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of motor neuron diseases. However,there is no effective and uniform detection method and reference data applicable to non-human primates such as cynomolgus monkeys. In this study,based on the clinical electrophysiological research methods,a preliminary study on the motor nerve conduction and motion unit detection methods of cynomolgus monkeys was carried out. The results showed that the average conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve,phrenic nerve,median nerve,ulnar nerve and sacral nerve as showed follows respectively 60. 925 9 ± 12. 554 2 m/s、60. 259 2 ± 5. 118 5 m/s、53. 629 6 ± 7. 581 0 m/s、62. 714 2 ± 10. 190 2 m/s、53. 206 8 ± 5. 066 5 m/s. This study successfully established the standard method of motor nerve conduction and motor unit detection in cynomolgus monkeys and obtained its reference value. It has great reference significance for the detection and evaluation of neuromuscular function of cynomolgus monkeys and lays the foundation for research on neuromuscular diseases.
